The “Building Guide” is now on the Portal! This searchable PDF is full of information on how to plan for events in the building. For example, what to do if you’re hosting an after-hours meeting, how to make various types of reservations on the Portal, what to do if you have a tech problem, and much more! You can find it by clicking the “Building Guide” button on the homepage of the Portal, between the “Building Ticket” and “Technical Support” buttons.
Happy New Year! We are pleased to announce your building FOB will now unlock training and meeting rooms! If you are having any issues accessing the shared spaces please let me know and I will verify your FOB is programmed correctly. Please remember access to bike room and quiet room is not included as these need to be requested individually.

Please be aware construction is starting in Retail Space on the first floor and in Suite LL10 in the lower level. You may have already noticed the doors to the retail space have moved! Pardon our mess in the meantime!
The Main Street Bridge will remain in the down position on June 28 -30 from 6:30 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. Please plan accordingly!

The Main Street Bridge will be closed from 6:30 p.m. Friday night to Sunday - the Hart Bridge closes at 7 p.m. Friday night and will reopen Sunday. The detour for both bridges is the Acosta Bridge. Traffic heading westbound that would normally go over the Hart will be detoured to Atlantic Boulevard - eastbound travelers will be sent down Jefferson Street and then the Acosta Bridge. Florida residents are still being encouraged to donate blood to their local blood banks. The Jessie Ball duPont Center will be hosting a Blood Drive with OneBlood at The Jessie Ball duPont Center on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 10:00a.m.- 12:00p.m. to help replenish our blood banks in the area. After receiving several comments and suggestions to add more furniture to the roof garden we are pleased to announce that additional tables and chairs have been ordered. Keep a look out for them in February!
Jacksonville’s Main Street bridge will be closed on Wednesday night as crews perform maintenance work, according to the Florida Department of Transportation. Vehicular and pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the Acosta Bridge during the closure, which will be in place from 6:30 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday. Boaters will not be able to pass through the channel underneath.
