Hey neighbors!

I received this email and wanted to pass it along, for those who are interestd in attending!

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me earlier today. Again, this is Bianca from Benevon and I called to let you know that our team will be present a sustainable funding seminar for nonprofits in Jacksonville this spring. The session will be on May 16th from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Pine Castle. We had worked with the United Way of Northeast Florida several years ago to present and get the word out about a similar session, and we would greatly appreciate your help in sharing the news about this free seminar in May.

This session provides an educational overview of our systematic process for engaging and developing relationships with individual donors for unrestricted gifts. Over the past twenty-one years, we have worked with over 5,000 nonprofit teams to customize this process and coach them to attain sustainable funding. We incorporate techniques of mission storytelling and approach individual giving as a way to effectively diversify an organization’s funding streams. The seminar is free and open to all nonprofit board members, staff, and volunteers.

For your reference, I have attached two versions of the session description. The Word document can be easily pasted into most email and newsletter formats, while the PDF can be used as an invitation attachment. Please keep me updated you are able this news with your partner agencies.

We hope that this seminar will be a timely training opportunity for your nonprofit community! I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

If you're interested in attending, email me, bethp@uwnefl.org and I will be happy to pass along the attachments provided to me.
